Gary Haslett

I am currently studying Masters of Teaching at Charles Darwin University (2024). 

Recently, I worked at MacKillop Catholic College teaching years (9-12) students for 5 Years (2018 to 2023). I started as a VET Teacher in 2013 teaching foreign students at International College of Advanced Education. Now my focus is Digital Technologies, Screen Media and Creative Industries. 

My Philosophy is to connect with my students. I use games and storytelling to share the material. I provide a variety of learning styles to try to fit with a wide range of students. Using online resources and videos works well with today’s "digital natives" and yes even smartphones can be educational.
